Shipping Policy

Effective: November 15, 2025

Where we deliver

We currently ship within the United States (including many APO/FPO addresses when carrier-eligible). International shipping isn’t available yet.

Processing cadence

Orders typically leave our facility within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM Mountain Time usually begin processing the same day.

Estimated transit times (after dispatch)

  • Standard: about 4–8 business days

  • Expedited: about 3–6 business days
    These are estimates; weather, carrier capacity, and peak seasons may extend delivery.

Rates & promotions

All available methods and costs appear at checkout. From time to time we offer free-shipping promotions details will be shown on product or cart pages.

Tracking & split shipments

We email tracking when your label is created. The first carrier scan can take up to 48 hours to appear. Orders with multiple items may ship in separate boxes—each with its own tracking number.

Address issues & returns to sender

Please double-check your shipping address. If a parcel returns as undeliverable or due to an address error, we’ll help reship it and may charge a re-delivery fee.

In-transit damage or loss

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost contact support@kberide.com within 7 days of the marked (or expected) delivery date. Include your order number, a brief description, and photos (if damaged) so we can work quickly with the carrier.
